Parking

If you guys don't remember Nyi, she's my mom's aunt who had some pretty odd way of calculating. Cheery lady who is a huge part of my childhood days as the 4 to 8 year old me would run through her house, fed her fishes with poison(accidentally. the poison was put inside a fish food container), raid her library and turn their garden swing into a circus and.. you know.. stuffs kids did those days when ipad was science fiction.

I was at Nyi's house this saturday for a belated Eid and she was there with her daughter and grandchild, Nad. Nad grew looking just like her mom, by the way. I was reminded of my 6 year old self running into Nyi's house, into her mom's room without so much as a knock which resulted in a very surprised scream and many2 awkward moments after.

I swear I didn't see anything but you try proving that to someone you stumbled as she came out of the showers naked (which i concluded based on mentioned scream and how one would hold the towels).

Oh.. back to Nyi.

So okay. One days they were in the oh so busy town of Kuala Terengganu and the daughter who was driving at that time needed to get something in a shop which didn't have a close parking space. The daughter left Nyi to wait in the car so she could go in, do her stuffs and they could then drive away like them robbers do in a bank robbery movie scene.

'Bank robber' came out of the shop with a summon underneath the car's wiper and a sleeping Nyi in the car.

"You took too long" was Nyi's defense.
